All sounds promising.......I have not had any major problems with B&E although their reputation was poor as was their customer services, each time I asked a question I had a different reply, thank god for this forum[:D] I hope GT continue with their good customer service and the next 3 1/2 years fly by with no major worries!!

I originally got in touch with CCCS who put me in contact with GT. I have to admit that I did just go with this. I was not really up to speed with the whole IVA thing and didn't realise I could phone around. Thankfully. GT have up to now been brilliant. They have answered all my queries promptly and even suffered my tears down the phone line.!! I, right now, can't fault them. Now that my IVA has been accepted I do hope they continue to be as supportive as they have been in the past!

Hi Guys

Im also with GT, was transferred over from Wilson Phillips in 2009. They have been great, always getting back to queries professionally and quickly. Annual Reviews have been so far(!) stress free, I have my fourth review coming up in July so fingers crossed for that, especially as its equity release year.

The only issue may be that they have taken so many new cases in the past couple of years, our annual reviews may take a bit longer.

So BE customers, things can only get better!

Nahdia - thank you all sound brilliant! Our annual reviews always take ages anyway so that really wont bother me.

Good Luck for your 4th review & I hope it goes well x

GT will get in touch you, it shouldn't make much difference to your IVA.

Hi wannabedj

Im positive everything regarding your IVA will remain the same, we are just going to be having a different company run them.

We will get a letter when they have got everything sorted out x

I have spoken to them today and was advised they are waiting for a high court order.
Grant Thornton will then take 100% of Blair Endersby's exsisting IVA clients.
All clients will be informed by post.

Hi, I'm with BE, could someone let us know what Grant Thornton usually ask for at the yearly review. At the moment all we have to send in is wage slips, I need to know if I have to start keeping receipts etc.

Thanks

Leese

Hi Leese,

I'm sure they will contact you beforehand. One of our posters who are with them will probably be on to advise as well.

Im with GT and all they ask me for is 12 months pay slips, P60, new I & E form. Having said that I assume it will depend on your own personal cicumstances as I have not had to amend or change anything since the start of mine. They send you a letter detailing what is required and how many days you have to get it back to them, which is pretty standard stuff. This year they even provided a paid envelope for me to send it all back to them! I did wait slightly longer for a response compared to the year before but this could have been down to holidays, absences etc. They are really friendly and helpful when you do call up. You will be in safe hands with them!
