Hi,

I am with Blair Endersby for my IVA and would like to know of others who use this company and there thoughts on them.

My personal experience is that they are not very helpful when it comes to getting any information or change of circumstances. I wish I had found this forum before I signed up 18 months ago [:(]

Hi Ya

I am with Blair Endersby, i found them really good at the start as they wanted the business but the cusomer care after has been arwful.

Last year i had a pay rise back in Feb and sent off forms straight away to increase my payments......weeks went by and after chasing several times i had still not heard anything it was not until my anual review in June that i did and they wanted me to fill out my expenditure form again which i had aready done back in june. They then said they had lost this and then convenienltly found it again when they knew i wanted to pay more. I would not even bother anymore i would just wait until my anual review to change something which goes against all of the advice!

I must admit Sarah I had the same problem. You are asked to send in your wage slips every quarter yet they do not change your payment until your yearly review and then you are screwed when they whack up your payment

My thoughts exactly. You can get through to an unhelful call centre but try to speak to anyone who can actually give you some valid advise and you're screwed.

When they're after something, they hound you on the phone and are extremely rude. I hate the very odd time they have called. The message they leave puts the fear of God in me!

I'm also dreading my next annual review. I don't think they even look at the quarterly payslips. They just come back ripped and scribbled on.

If I'd known what I know, I wouldn't have gone with BE.

Chris,

Same here. I must admit if I had found this forum earlier I probably would of gone with Melanie's firm.

Me too Ray. It's fine until you need to change things, wage rises, expenditure, etc! Guess we just battle on until our time's up! :-)

This has me slightly concerned, i have been in my IVA 3 months, they advised us to let our previous car get reposssessed and addded to IVA, which we did, they then gave us an allowance to get HP on a new car, which we did, we then got that car repossessed, as they didnt advise that some companies would not accept you, even if IVA was not live, when HP taken out, as you can imagine, seom heated conversations took place, due to the fact that we did exactly as advised and then ended up in more debt!!!! We finally got it sorted out, but only because we became insistant that they helped us, as we felt they had not given us the correct advice in the first place!!!!
14 down 46 to go!
