hello started an iva with blair ensdby made redundant in august this year cannot aford to pay what they are asking i am on job seekers allowance they asked me for my p45 to prove this i have asked them to declare me bankrupt i have debts total 16,000 can u help me in anyway u can 2letters have been sent to them but to no avail

You do need to chase the IP acting for you on this matter. Is there provision in your IVA proposal for the IP to make you bankrupt?
