I am thinking it should be a straightforward 12 months now. We have no equity clause etc. The only thing is we need to reduce our payments come september as at the min we are paying a bit extra to cover a payment break. But thats not really an issue.

She's at the end of a failed IVA and now completed her IPA for her Bankruptcy, an assett to the forum and a great earlier blog in respect of bankruptcy.

There were only four people updating their blogs in the last week, excluding the professionals, so I will pick a winner each fortnight rather than weekly from now on
