Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt
The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

Thanks for my vouchers again Andy as I won the Blog of the week a couple of weeks ago. Pc still not 100% though so not been on as much recently.
The £25 gift card will come in so handy!!! At the moment I'm torn between 'upgrading' some of the things I've got for my child for Christmas and saving it to treat him in the January sales. Hubby says spend it on me but I think I'd get more enjoyment out of him having a couple of extras for Christmas!!
Thanks everyone for the ever-ongoing support!! It's almost 2 years now since I started looking. Jan (kallis) was just a year in and so positive and I cannot believe how far she's come - let alone her!!!!
I can't believe how long it's been either relieved! I agree with hubby that you should treat yourself.

Would echo the congrats, actually read your blog the other day. I do find it really helps to puts things down, it doesn't fix anything but makes things clearer sometimes.
Paul had received a new business award and opened a second company which sadly failed within 6 months. The blog shows how he exhaustively tried to keep the business afloat and this resulted in his poor health. Entered into a DMP almost immediately and 18 months down the line having considered Bankruptcy found the forum and Melanie and opted for an IVA. After a year in the IVA he began to struggle on a personal level and his remaining business struggled as a result. Coming clean with his Fiancee and taking the advice of The Advice Bureau Paul decided to declare bankruptcy. A very good blog- comprehensive and well written please have a read. Paul has certainly been on a journey. All the best for your wedding next year from the forum and enjoy your vouchers.
Agreed! I really enjoyed reading Paul's blog. He certainly has been on a rollercaoster, it's always great to read of a success.
Does anyone else find it difficult to blog after the initial 'story'. I struggle now I have put all the gritty stuff down, and worry I might bore people with my ramblings!
