Excellent blog, Mia. I am sure you will soon be your bubbly self, and, once you have the protection of the IVA, and the stresses caused by debt ( and credit card man) are gone, EVERYTHING will start to get better.

Just caught up with the blogs but had to stop. The jealousy about all the people nearing the end was too all-consuming and I start torturing myself about where I'll go on holiday etc...
Great to see people coming out the other side though!!
IVA now approved and first payment made. A blog which shows that struggling with debt and keeping it a secret and the whole debt circle can take over your life. Having been in a DMP for two years prior to IVA acceptance budgeting is a part of life already and realises the next 5 or even 6 years will not be easy but hopefully it will run smoothly and be worth it in the end.
I do hope your blog and the forum will be a good place for you to offload and get things off your chest, being a part of the forum is somewhere we can be ourselves and talk openly and honestly with people in a similar position.
Enjoy your voucher and do keep updating your blog and posting on the forum as your experience I am sure help someone else
