So sorry, I have only just seen this. Thank you so much for the vouchers! What a lovely surprise! I hope that I can be of some use to everyone on here. I will try to blog as often as possible in the hope that it will give new IVAers an idea of what to expect.

I find all the blogs fascinating. It's amazing to read how everyone copes in different ways and yet we are all struggling in the same way.

I find the forum fascinating in that respect too. Some posters like to have Sky with sports package, others like to have a drink and an evening out. We're all individual and no two the same. Me I just like to have a takeaway!

Having completed an IVA, Oscar writes a blog entry 'My Own Survival Guide'. A list written with thought and one which will undoubtedly help other posters. Some excellent key points for anyone to have a read through either at the outset of an IVA, during or upon completion. Something for everyone. Thank you for sharing Oscar, I am sure we would all be able to add something personal to this list too.

I think it will be visible to everyone on the forum and don't suppose any of our blogs would be of interest to anyone not in our situation. Write one though, it is really helpful to others!
