Hi everyone....just wanted to say that Blogland is alive and well....its been good to see some being updated recently and anyone interested in mine can check out tonights update.
A huge thanks to all those who do blog ....... Blogs were my main point of reference when I found this forum a year ago and gave me great encouragement as I was able to identify with the blogger and reading their stories helped me to come to terms with the feelings of guilt and shame. If you havent thought about a blog then give it some consideration ...I know many of us would say it has been very helpful to write it all down and can be very therapeutic....as well as a tremendous help to those who come here in distress.
