They are def going to compensate..I think the customer service manager dealing with it so embarrased by their incompetence.

Well done to your Swans but as for the boiler situation well that beggars belief, have you considered contacting BBC Watchdog or even Rogue Traders[:D] I'm with Jan on the protest banners though[:)]
If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else’s, we’d grab ours back.

Thanks Andy, it was a good game and I gave the poor ref a good earbashing for the full 90 [:D][:D]

I'll see what happens Monday and if no joy then I'll take it further again. Luckily its not too cold today...or maybe I'm just getting used to it.

Didn't see the game, not much of a rugger fan tbh, just flicked over at half time Spurs/Villa. A draw is best for us on this one after our victorious derby.

Not a rugby fan myself but did watch the last half hour of it and thought it was brilliant.

Jonny Wilkinson scored a superb penalty and I'm glad we won!
