No high heels in the bathroom....would be dangerous [;)]

Andy, you're right about informing about priority groups. I'm just amazed they never asked/checked if we had a password ( as is everyones right under the DPA) or if we were priority.

I abhor bad customer service and this has pushed the limits.

MrBluesky, better be careful or you might get a visit from an irate baseball bat wielding husband...........in 5" high heels carrying a bottle of champers [:D][:D]
If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else’s, we’d grab ours back.

[:D][:D] Andy!! My hubby doesn't wear heels [:D][:D] he may brandish a golf club though[:D]

Seriously , its the support of my forum friends that has got me through this. You wouldn't think being without heating/hot water would be such a big deal.!

It would be driving me nuts by now! I hate being cold, and do seem to feel it more these days.

We don't pay any insurance, but we have an excellent plumber who would be straight out if we needed him.

There's usually a shortage of them - perhaps you should both retrain![:D]

High heels are very good for inflicting damage on people who make pervy comments...
