I am so hoping to be able to have a bath in my own home tomorrow! I've been so lucky to be able to use daughters, in laws etc this past fortnight...... but anyone who really knows me will understand how much I need to have hot water flowing in my own house!!!!!

....and the saga continues! The part has not been delivered because they put the wrong address on it!

Just as well I can't swear on this forum because I tell you I've said words today I didn't even knew I knew [:I][:I]

So now I have to wait until Monday....

You couldn't make it up could you?????????

This is beyond a joke now did you say %£$*%!! and £%%£"!!!!!! at the man haha :D

While it's all fresh in your mind sit down and right out the whole saga, times dates, promises etc (or just print off this thread haha) and when it's sorted write your letter to the MD, skip the monkeys in the office as they are obviously useless!!
1st payment Oct 2008, last payment Dec 2013. Certificate received March 2015 due to PPI claim.

It's absolutely appalling service (or lack of!)

I wonder if this would have happened if it was an OAP who was without cover?
