I maybe due for a small bonuse at work. But I need to get a car as my ex will no longer let me use his car for my kids. Will the Iva let me keep the bonus to get a car?
You should be allowed to keep at least half anyway. I doubt they have the discretion to allow you to keep the rest, without asking the creditors. You could ask to take a break in payments for a few months to save the difference. This break will be added back on at the end.
