Well done.

My stuff all goes on Ebay when I can get round to putting it on there!

I've done a few and to be fair the thought of them is like swimming for me I can't be bothered, but when I'm there I enjoy it...but that's just me x

to be honest i had a great time and was up at 3.30 and 5th in the queue. set up with the traders and had a right laugh.
had a few dog toys and a women walked by with a labrador pup , gave the pup a squeaky toy and charged the woman 50p.
wish i could do it for a living, people do ya know.

3.30 am?????????? I'd only get up at that time if I was going on holiday or there was an emergency with my parents!

No way would I do that! It was bad enough this morning that I had to get up at 3.15 for one of the dogs for ten minutes!

I like my bed and I'll stick to Ebay!

I have only one 3.30 in a day, and it aint a.m!

Plus I work shifts. My weekends are spent catching up on washing and ironing etc!

I get enough cash from my Ebay sales to fund other purchases and I can stay in the warm and dry, or sit out in the garden in the sun!

I hate ebay with a vengance, only ever seem to get moody bidders who mess up my auctions.
at a boot sale you have the advantage of getting rid of folk who want to mess about.
Hey Kallis i work shifts as well so thats no excuse.

I'm with Jan and Julie on this! There's no way I'd get up at 3.30am, I'd rather go without!

I've done a couple of boot sales and hated every minute of it - it has to be one of the most boring ways to spend a Saturday or Sunday! I got so frustrated with people who pick up something, examine it, ask how much it is and when you say it's 50p or a pound put it back and say they are going to think about it! Do they want me to give stuff to them?!?!?

Nope, sorry, 3.30am is my sleep time!

I have a cousin who does boot sales every week and she loves it. She has more or less turned into a business, so it can be done Marky.

Its just not for me, I don't like looking around them and I certainly wouldn't spend my precious weekends doing one.

We're all different though and if it works for you and makes you money, then good luck to you [;)]

A friend of mine is always getting bargains at boot sales, but I think my problem is I hate rummaging so I miss the good stuff.

I don't like sale rails in shops either, I'm far too idle to find a bargain.

Same here Lesley. Someone I know goes to the Next sale every year and queues up from 5am. I really couldn't be bothered!
