I had a valuation done today for my OR, and I asked for a "quick sale" valuation, which was about 5K less than others. And I thought that they took into account early redemption fees (not that it matters to me because even without them I've still got negative equity!!!) But don't worry about your daughter - anywhere you are is home to her.
