Can anyone tell me the BR fees, in total please?

and if im entitled to a refund of some fees due to low income and the courts agree this, do i have to apply for the BR within 7 days?

Hope that makes sense!!

The total fees to file for br are £495. You can claim the court fees if you are on a low income which are around £130. I think you can apply before filing not sure if you would have to carry it through within 7 days. You could always phone the court and ask them, they are really professional and friendly
It's nice to be back......

The saving on Court fees is actually £150, so you would only have the pay a deposit of £345 so long as you are in receipt of Income Support.
