Hi,

A friend is going to apply for BR and is unemployed and claiming JSA.

What will the fees be?

Many thanks,

If your friend is a British Gas customer, they have a hardship fund which may be able to help her/him with finding the money. Best to seek advice from the CAB who seem to deal with this on a regular basis.
