So, I have filled in the on line forms on the insolvency website, and tinkered with various bits and pieces. Tomorrow, I am going to file in the local County Court.

Am I the only one who keeps reading the document through and through and wondering I shouldnt have worded a particular thing that way? should I have not said that? etc etc

Has anyone after the event felt they should or shouldnt have said a particular thing?

Not being in that position i can only suspect that would be normal. As long as you are being honest and realistic there shouldnt be anything to worry about.
Best of luck to you

Hi Andy, I must have read and re-read my forms a hundred times before I pressed the "send" button, and even then I was panicking that maybe I hadn't given enough information or maybe given too much!!!! But try not to stress about it, once you've filed it, you'll get the chance to explain all at the OR interview. The courts understand that people that file BR themselves are not trained solicitors so they will understand if the wording isn't quite right. If the OR needs clarification on anything - he'll ask. Good luck!

I read mine so many times I think I could have recited them word for word! I still worry about things I put on there - mainly the bit about when I first realised I was in trouble as I keep thinking that OR won't realise that I was robbing Peter to pay Paul and think that I was borrowing money I knew I wouldn't be able to afford!

Good luck for tomorrow Andy. As the others have said the courts and OR don't expect everything to be perfect.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

All the best for tomorrow Andy, many have had painless (if that's the right word) experiences in Court and I wish you the same.
