13 part 2 - I think you can put nothing to declare there but I'm not sure - hopefully someone else can help with that.
Regarding your monthly expenditure list what you actually spend, not what you think will be allowed. Make sure you include things like haircut, opticians and dentist as well as the obvious things! I was allowed £20 per month for a holiday! I have listed the things that I was allowed in my blog, but remember each OR seems to look at things slightly differently.
