Did the rest of my I+E look reasonable? Can anyone think of anything I forgot? I am starting to get very nervous now, as almost finished the forms,,,,. D.

the rest looked fine douglass, as melanie has already said they will not allow smoking in your i+e and will tell you if you must smoke to take it out of your budget.

Kerri, I am so worried about everything at the moment. I am unable to pay my credit cards this month (as I had been taking money out on credit cards to pay them!), and it's making me feel so ill. Just waiting on a pension statement before I can finally finish the form on the Insolvency website. Then need to get a court date,,,,,,. D.

Have you phoned the court Douglass? Some courts have a long waiting list for BR (a sign of the times?) so it might be worth giving them a call to see if there is a long wait.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

i agree with skippy douglas, at least it will then give you a time scale to work to if there is a waiting list at your court to go BR, i was lucky we phoned one day and was told the next day!

good luck

Have phoned the court, and have a date in Mid October now, still waiting for my pension statement though. Have been advised by the court that if my pension statement arrives sooner, I can phone to check for cancellations, and an earlier appointment. Very worried! Also, as I incurred a lot of debt last year / earlier this year, I have convinced myself that I will get a BRO - that is worrying me sick! D.
