More questions!!! Apologies in advance!!

Is it possible to fill the forms in on the computer, then print them off and submit them on the day of the hearing instead of handwriting them? Age and nerves are getting the better of me - handwriting is becoming elegible!!! And I keep making mistakes!!

I think that that would be acceptable, but you will need to include original signatures.

That's how I did mine. I printed them off the night before and signed them in front of the clerk at the court.

I have a pension fund from my previous employer which a company is presently holding. I have requested the approximate value from them (have to do this in writing) - is this value the one that I list under "Assets"?

That's what I did. It was finding out the pension info that took the time for me.

Hi Sue, I filled in the forms online, then printed them off and sneakily photocopied them in work!!! Best to have about 3 copies handy (as some courts require more than one copy and will charge you a fortune if they have to copy it!) Also don't forget to keep a copy for yourself ready for your OR interview, it's easier to follow what the OR is saying. Regarding pension value, I just listed what I would get if i accepted a lump sum figure when I retire (unfortunately that won't be until 2035!!!).

Don't worry about the pension fund. These are excluded from bankruptcy proceedings, but best to tell the OR about its existence to be on the safe side.

I have a NHS pension and the OR asked me about this and wanted all the details but I do not have anything! All I have is the proof on my wage slips of the amounts I have been paying over the years.

Not sure why I never received any info on my pension from work, but that’s the NHS for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just put down what information I had, which wasn't much. The OR didn't even mention my pensions.
