Hi everyone,
Went to court this morning, and to my total surprise I was treated
like a human being...Not sure of what to expect, but was even told
to help myself to tea or coffee while I was waiting.

Didnt see a judge, but had a meeting and was told to wait
for the OR to be in touch with me by phone.

I have made an appointment with Nationwide tomorrow to open new
basic account, so I am feeling a little more optomistic at the moment

I have a few questions that still need answering, but I am told
the OR will answer any queries I may have.

I will let you know how I am doing

Good luck and contentment to everyone.

Can I ask which Court you were bankrupted in? Just for me own market research?

well done Worrywart, it's so nice to be treat as a human isn't it after all those phone calls from creditors!
I'm just waiting for my info to come through from the OR office now and to find out when my OR meeting is.
All the best to you
Rachel
