Hi everyone,

Won't have time to get online tomorrow before my appointment at 10am but I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone who has helped me, from deciding that BR was the best option to filling out the damn forms (im still printing them now!) I really hope the judge will accept that we simply don't have the funds to pay back all the debt we owe.

I will pop on tomorrow to let you know how we get on, slowly getting a horrible knot in my stomach which, I suspect, won't go away until i'm out of that Court.

Thanks again :)

Katy

Good luck tomorrow Katy. You will be fine, and it will be a weight off your mind when you walk out of that court!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

[:)] Good luck tomorrow, everyone I've spoke to about mine and my husband's nearing bankruptcy tells me that it's a huge weight lifted once it's done. Try not to worry too much [;)]

Learning as I go along!!!
It's nice to be back......

I think this thread has got a little confused. I think Katy actually went BR on the 10 September - she has a new thread called ORs dating from 09 November!!!
47 months completed - 13 months to go.
