If partner gets a pay rise, do you have to tell the OR? What happens if you don't? How would they ever know?

Thanks

Hi Andy, Mel - my union is currenly undergoing pay talks (well they've been talking since last April and still no joy!!!) there's even talk of balloting for strike action. My question is if (big if) I do get a payrise it will be backdated to April - will I have to hand this lump sum over to the OR? I know I have to inform him of any payrise - does this apply up until I am discharged?

Hasn't that time just flown by Andy - you'll be discharged before you know it!!!! I've been BR for nearly 3 months and the only thing I've managed to sort out is my car!! Still trying to sort out my IPA and since submitting my house valuation nearly 4 weeks ago, I haven't heard anything. Waiting, waiting....always waiting!!!!
