Hi creditcrunched.

You are in the right place, but I don't know the answer!

Someone will be along shortly to put you right.

Hi Creditcrunched, it means that you are no longer bankrupt! When you are made BR you are usually discharged after 1 year, which is known as automatic discharge. The exceptions to this are:

Early discharge - if a case is straightforward the OR MAY ask your creditors if they have any objections to you being discharged early. This can happen from around 5 months onwards, but doesn't happen in every case.

Suspended discharge - if the OR feels that you haven't co-operated with them they can apply to the courts to have your discharge suspended.
