I'm with Atlantic for both and more than happy with them so can't help.

Don't know if anyone else can help.

I won't be changing anytime soon.

We're with them, but I don't know anything about an energy saving thing...

Its called Energy smart Skippy, basically you track your usage online so you can see exactly what is being used and its supposed to get away from estimated bills.

I never accept estimated bills anyway and don't know if I could be bothered to track the usage on line. On saying that they say you can save upto £150 a year so maybe worth a go if you're with BG.

We don't accept estimated bills and I wouldn't bother tracking my usage to be honest. I'll mention it to Dave though as he's the account holder and then it's up to him.

As long as he's not permanently on at me to turn the heating down, turn off the lights, don't leave things on standby - I'll find a way to disable it if he does!

With Atlantic we don't have estimated bills. I get billed every six months and it always a meter reading.

Much prefer that.

I think we got an estimated bill last time but Dave phoned them with the proper one.

I always phone with the correct reading as I really don't like surprises at the anniversary of the account. I would track online my usage if I could but I can get obsessive and we'd all be sat around a candle!

Atlantic is always a reading if you have it done six monthly so I am quite happy with that.

I don't mind reading the gas meter, that's easy, but the electric one has always baffled me!

We're not always in when they come to read the meter, and last time he had to be sent away - the meter cupboard is in the bedroom and I was ill in bed!

Ours are both on the outside of the house infront of the gate so easy for the meter reader to get there.

Never see him come though!
