I agree about the customer service ronald, I enjoy good customer service as it says a lot about a company and that would persuade me to shop with them.

Well needless to say i have written a letter of complaint and sent an email as the person who i was talking to last night stated 'they probably just did it for an easier conversation!' whatever that means, still awaiting a reply to my email so will keep you posted but i might be looking for a cheaper supplier shortly if i don't recieve a satisfactory explanation.

here is an up date, it would appear that British gas have now moved the goal posts and prefer you to be in credit for the winter! A case of pay before you buy me thinks so needless to say i have now got to set up a standing order to pay what i was paying via a direct debit and just pay the difference when i recieve my bill, grrrrr.

absolute pain, might be woth at this point considering an alternative supplier go to USwitch or similar and just pop in your details to see if they can beat what you're receiving now.

That's a disgrace.

I agree with Lesley that you should give USwitch a try.

I'm sure you will find it cheaper.

Do these companies not realise that by doing something like this they are liable to be losing customers?
