We're still getting good service from BT. We have broadband talk and when the home hub went pear shaped a few weeks ago, and they couldn't fix it over the phone, they sent me a new one out within two days.

It may be worth a call Kallis when your contract runs out, they hopefully will be able to reduce your payments a bit, although they'll put you on a new 12 or 18 mth contract, but that's not really any hardship.

I still have about 6 months to go, but I will probably stop with them. I'm not paying anymore than I ever have done on my monthly direct debits, so I'm quite happy.
