If it is a firms card and they pay for the bill then I think he is ok.

I'm in an IVA and have a credit card provided by my firm that is used solely for business expenses paid for by my employer. There was absolutely no problem keeping this when I entered into my IVA.

If the credit card is for his business and he is entering into an IVA then it will have to be included. If he works for a company and they provide a company credit card then he will be fine.
Just run it by your IP to be sure
