Hi, quick question - my husband has a business credit card - does anyone know how this is affected, if at all, when taking out an IVA?

Thanks
Rache

Hi,

If it is a firms card and they pay for the bill then I think he is ok.

I'm in an IVA and have a credit card provided by my firm that is used solely for business expenses paid for by my employer. There was absolutely no problem keeping this when I entered into my IVA.

Hi
If the credit card is for his business and he is entering into an IVA then it will have to be included. If he works for a company and they provide a company credit card then he will be fine.
Just run it by your IP to be sure
