Hi fed up and broke.

Now that you have decided that an IVA is right for you the absolute MUST is to choose the right person to represent you.

As Melanie says 5 years is a long time and you need to be 100% sure that you have got a great working relationship. If something goes wrong ( i.e. change in job / income / relationship / health / etc etc etc ) you need to be able to approach your supervisor to fina a solution.

About 15% of my clients made the wrong decision about a provider and can't work their IVA through.

I can't stress how important this is - after all at this point you don't want to be one of my clients.
