Yep in the call centre i worked in you are!! but if its good hold music sing to it lol!!! Your recorded from the moment an operator takes the call... til the moment you hang up as we were instructed to let the customer hang up and if they didnt do it properly we couldnt hang up as the customer may come back to the phone and they were thinking of "great" customer service.... yeah right more money in their pocket from the high call charge!!
Life is one big challenge so what are you going to give me today!?

We bought a Setanta Freeview box a couple of months ago and I tried to activate it last night but by this morning we still didn't have the channel. I spent 20 minutes waiting to get through only to be told that I'd done it wrong last night - I don't think so! When I patiently explained what I'd done I was told that there was obviously a technical error and everything was ok, I should have Setanta within the hour. 2 hours later I was back on the phone, being told that I would definitely have it by the start of the Charity Shield. We got it in the end but their customer service was rubbish.

I'm paying £10.99 a month, but I've seen they've put it up to £12.99 for Sky customers.

Another little funny for you!!!

I had a customer complaint the other day for a major supermarket. When a product is unavailable we we send the next best thing. The woman who rang in to complain had ordered a batch of strawberry jelly, and we did not have that in stock. When the products arrived at her door she discovered that the item they had replaced the jelly with was KY Jelly!!!
