The IP company have to inform the CRA's that your IVA is completed and then they will take it off.

Speak to them and ask if they have sent off the relevant paperwork. Is your husband still on the Insolvency Register?

Thats great thanks Matrix, I got an email back from callcredit today asking to send an email with a picture of it, they would then adjust my file. I sent all 3 credit companies my certificate and also through as an electronic copy.
It wont hurt right!!!
IVA Completed June 2011!

Update is it has now been 6 years + 1 day since the start...it has all just been removed from my credit report! Soo Happy!

It was worth the long wait!

Now I am free again!

You're doing the right thing I'm sure, The Matrix has really got this subject nailed, hoping for some advice and guidance when it's my turn to reair my credit rating. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
