It often takes a while for the communications channels in the creditors administrative systems to react to the fact that your IVA has been accepted - but don't worry about this, continue to direct them to your IP or the Insolvency Register.

Hi fuzzy dont worry. They cant take anything any further the iva protects you. Ask them to check the insolvency register.

As Melanie says it does take a while for things to filter through. They will stop soon hopefully.

Talking of creditors I had quite a pleasant letter from egg letting me know that they have been informed of my IVA proceedings & that they are obliged to freeze my account, they also informed me that they will be dealing with the court appointed officials & they will only contact me if absolutely neccessary!

If only all financial institutions can be so amicable!

If they phone you again fuzzy, just ask them to check the Insolvency Register for your name whilst you are on the phone. Once they see you are on it, it usually stop thems.
