Do not worry, it is part of the course.
Have you got your application underway?
If so if and when yor IVA is accepted they have to stop, forward any correspondence to your IP and unplug the phone [:)]
THE ONLY WAY IS UP :-)

hello neil

As kezza says its part of the course, we have/are all been victims of creditor harrassment, how far are you in terms of your IVA proposal and who are you with? There exists some protection from harrassment, but it would help to know what exactly the problem is.

Hi Neal

To answer your question, a Court Order cannot be obtained until your proposal documents have been finalised - then it is possible to obtain an Interim Order, but to be honest this is still unlikely to stop the phone calls.

So just keep putting your IP under pressure to complete them.
