Can a provider ask for bank statements after final payment ?

Hello.I have read that IVA is not finished even if you have paid everything till your sertificate comes up.Lets say my final payment is on 1st of November-can the provider ask for bank statements after 1st of November to see if there is any additional income?Thanks

yes as neees to know if any futher payment needed in final year also if u inheirit or winfall over 500 pounds need paying into iva
full final paid over 29/2/16 cc arrived 12/4/16 its all over

As mentioned above ... yes. You are still in an IVA until such time as the completion certificate is issued. Even after the certificate is issued you are still bound by the terms regarding anything that occurred during the time of the IVA.

Thanks for the reply.So is it possible to order credit card then so i can start repairing the credit score or i should wait till the sertificate comes?And also am i free to spend money as i like after 1st of November i mean can i spend for holiday or whatever i like or i should still keep to the budget?Thanks

I would wait until your completion letter comes. You can keep your money if you have made your final payment and spend it on whatever you like.
