can a secured loan payment be part of an expenditure breakdown?

Hi Dave and welcome.

Not too sure what you mean, but you need to put down all expenditure, including mortgages and secured loans as well as all other expenditure.

But, you can't include it in an IVA.

The cost of servicing the secured loan will be taken into account in calculating the level of disposable income that is available for creditors.

Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

Perhaps they can be taken out of the avatar lists? Or a new avatar list for those of us with special ones which can't be accessed by others?
