can a trustee come after my home

can a trustee come after my home 27year after my bankruptcy? also, i have had no notification in those years of how much i owed and how much was realised from the sale of my factory and endowment policy

Not any more, as the trustee would have had to confirm his interest in the property by 31 March 2007 under provisons contained in the Enterprise Act. Are you sure that the Trustee has not lodged a charge against the property? A H M Land Registry search which you can do on-line for £2 would confirm this.

It is unlikely that there will be any records now relating to this case, so I suppose no news is good news. You do mean 27 years do you - and this is not a typing error???
