can an iva be requested jointly

my husband and I have debts over 15,000 with £204 disposable income per month. can an iva be requested jointly

Me and my hubby are in the process of applying for an IVA and ours is being done together. An expert will no doubt be along soon to give you some professional advice

Yes - You can propose interlocking IVA's (Joint ones) alot of peopole do as it is normally the best way to deal your debts as one rather than seperatley.

Just to clarify Carls post,although correct please be aware that you will each have an IVA[INDIVIDUAL voluntary arangement]but as he states they will be interlocking and paid from one disposible income
