I have been told i might be getting a small tax rebate, less than £100. Is this looked upon as a windfall which i can keep?

I don't want to get excited about this until i know.

Thanks in advance x

Hi New Start!

You'll have to talk to your IP about this - it depends on what period the tax relates to. If it relates to a period before the IVA then you may well be allowed to keep it.
Take care,

If the rebate relates to the post-IVA period, it will need to be retained so as not to disturb your cashflow and hence your IVA contributions.
