You could try a company such as Payplan, which do not charge for setting up a DMP (the creditors pay).
You could also visit www.iva.com for a list of companies who could assist. Ring one or two and you will get free and impartial advice as to all the options open to you and the best way forward for your circumstances.

what ever you do ring round a few companies. I am in the process of doing this and already i am finding out that some companies will not put your best interests before them making money.
Thanks for replies, we have decided to go with cleardebt. Very helpful on phone & lovely guy called Ali helped us start the process. We're have a bit of a complicated situation so its such a relief to know that the ball is rolling & I have something to say to the creditors when they call.
Glad you have found a company you are happy with. Cleardebt do have a good reputation on here.
