sorry to change the subject for a mo but having just seen the comment left by "The Peeps" or as he likes to be called "The Manillow" about my team, my colours and my cat I just would like to point out whilst he may not be ashamed to admit he plays his maracuss and tamborine along to Copa and Bermuda Triangle....I have never, will never and could never support the fake North London side he is attempting to suggest I do.

Getting back to the original question,
I am with Blair Endersby, although I keep reading about people having problems with them, I have had no problems so far, although in saying that I have not needed to contact them for ages, just make the payment each month, they did sort Lloyds TSB out for hubby when he was getting harassed by them which is the only real dealings we have had with them since our IVA started. I hope I am saying the same in 4 1/2 years...

Why aren't you coming this year with your sister?
Cos I didn't know about it to start with. H did mention it to me a couple of weeks ago and I would have come in place of M but I have school fair and then craft fair on the 3rd and 4th Dec. I make my own cards and jewellry and sell to parents at school. Doesn't bring in much but its enough to fund the craft habit LOL

Next year i am def coming, will save for fuel etc., and make sure I lose a bit of weight for the day so i can look good in sparkly LOL.

I'll be thinking of you all though.

You have to do sparkly! If M doesn't come next year you are more than welcome to come and stay.

Of course we may also be doing another FF barbecue next year so you can come to that as well.

BBQ would be July time as it was this year if it goes ahead.

My Friend is with DFD and they have been a nightmare they didn't explain things properly to her and they are very strict about everything even to the point of making her cancel her life insurance.
The company I am with are far less professional therefore less strict so I have found them easier to deal with. They send me a letter once a year and that is it which suits me. I think they are rubbish in terms of providing support but they do not look in too much detail into things unlike DFD who want proof of everything and always seem to be trying to squueze extra money out of you.

DFD have a good reputation on here and Declan is usually around to help sort things out for his own company's clients and to help others.

Which company are you with Lulu? I would always want a company that was professional. You should have an annual review and they should be there to support you. A decent company will want proof of your income and expenditure and will not try to sqeeze money from you.

It seems strange that someone would highlight a lack of professionalism as a plus point!

I'm glsd you say dfd has a good rep on here!
They were really good on the phone i hope it stays that way!
When i rang b&e on the other hand to say i wasn't going ahead the msn offered to waive the 2 months upfront fees and when i still declined he got quite nasty then hung up on me!!!

I hope BE pick up on this as well as I doubt they will be happy with the attitude of their staff member.

Declan comes highly recommended and does his best to support people on here.

The dangers I suppose of speaking to call centres, rather than firms where you can have direct access to the professionals themselves.
