Can capital gains tax be included in an IVA?

I can;t see there being any tax due Viki - and concentrate on selling the business as your accountant will deal with these issues for you directly.

Did you watch the Pink Floyd night on BBC4 last night?

IVA accepted May 2007.
Extended by 12 months in lieu of equity March 2012.
F+F offer accepted May 2012.
C of C received August 2012.
IVA dropped off credit file 24th May 2013.

I absolutely did - but did not realise it was on so missed the first half hour of the first programme. What an amazing band they were. Spent most of the day yesterday pulling out my old albums/Darks Side and Live Aid DVDs and having my own PF day.

If they ever reform, which is very unlikely, I will personally bankrupt myself for tickets to go to see them wherever they are in the world.
