I will probably only have about £130-150 to pay towards an iva is that enough for debts of £60,000

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Council tax arrears from prior to an IVA can be included.

An IVA is all about affordability and if that is all you can offer then it may be fine. However, once you sit down and work everything out with an expert you may find you have more.

Visit www.iva.com for a list of companies and reviews and give one or two a ring for some free advice.
