If the pension was declared in the bankruptcy and left untouched, I would imagine it will remain untouched. I would add the caveat of my reply in another of your questions at what-if-i-receive-a-windfall-t88164 --- I am no expert in BR and a lawyer would have the answers, or, indeed, at the risk of poking a sleeping bear with a sharp stick, your former OR.

With the retirement age going up the way it is, I think we will soon be 100 before we get our hands on our pensions.
IVA complete March 2014 after 6 years.
