My Nephew has applied for Bankrupcy, he works as a salesman, he has asked if he can have his commision paid into my bank and then I draw it out and give it to him.

Is this ok and if not what could happen?

Many thanks

Hi and welcome...
Sorry, i have to ask why he doesnt want it to be paid into his own account as presumably he has one for his bankruptcy payments to be taken from.

If this is being done to avoid paying the money to his creditors, then you should not agree to be party to such arrangement.

Although your nephew has declared himself bankrupt, he still has responsibilities towards his creditors - and I would have thought his employers would not agree to pay this separately from his salary.
