Also when you first receive the forms they may seem a bit daunting but don't be put off by this, you just need to make sure you have got all the information put down. I did mine by myself, you don't need to pay anyone to do this for you. I also got help from the CAB.

You actually do not have to have sought professional advice, there is nothing stopping you going to Court directly. Having said that, the Court will often ask if you have had the benefit of professional advice, and it is always good to state that you have.
