You IVA has to be disclosed and I think different force areas operate differently with regards to iva's. Not totally sure though.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

Some forces will take you on with an IVA, others seem to have stricter policies. It is probably better to ask this question directly before you apply to avoid any disappontment at a later stage. I am sure that once the IVA has concluded then it is fine for you to apply.

Most police forces have application forms online, and you are able to see what their criteria is, so it is maybe worth checking on a few sites.

However, at the moment there are not many forces that are actively recruiting.
