Hi rm and welcome to the forum

You will really need to discuss this change of circumstances with your IP to decide what is the best way forward. I would have thought that this is going to seriously jeopardise your IVA payments, as it is more expensive to live as a single person rather than as one-half of a couple. Try and work out what your new income and expenditure is likely to be, and then approach your IP for specific advice.

As you are not a property owner, have you also considered whether bankruptcy proceedings may be a better option?
