Can I be director of ltd co whilst in an IV A?

Hi there,

Can I be a director of a ltd company whilst still in an in an IVA ?

Hi Adrian and welcome to the forum

Yes you can definately remain a director of a limited company whilst you are in an IVA. Is the limited company one under your direct control - ie you own more than 50% of the shares, and does it produce your income? Also if you shares have any value, they will have to be included in the statement of affairs as an asset.
