Simple answer is no.

You can - but you would need very good reasons and deep pockets to meet the costs of a transfer. What is the problem with your current IP firm?

theres more money going out than coming in I have budgeted a great deal down to bare bones perhaps if I had 11 kids and claiming benefits of 40,000 plus id be fine

Hi sorry to hear you're not happy with your current IP, as Clare suggests why not have a chat to him/her to try and work out what the problem is. Hopefully it can be resolved and the IVA back on track for a successful completion.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
