Welcome to the forum. If your iva has already bern agreed then it is not possible to change companies without failing your iva and starting the process again.
If you are experiencing issues with your current iva provider i would suggest a conversation with your IP direct and if still not satisfied lodge a formal complaint using their complaints procedure.
It might be worth outlining your concern on the forum as some of the experts maybe able to offer some non-specific advice
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt
There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !
As luluj says it's probably best to try and reslve any issues with your IP direct and then hopefully bring everything back on track. Hoping you can do this. How long have you been in your IVA?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
You are right Steve. I think the companies would take more care with their clients if they could change companies. As it is they have you over a barrel. Unfortunately there are a few companies who would get overwhelmed by an influx of clients !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
